Our promotional campaigns are held during specified periods of time with limited availability of days and unique vouchers or promotional codes. Each voucher or promotional code can be used only once per purchase. During our campaigns, only standard measures can be ordered through our website, and made-to-measure orders are not available.

How do you place an order?

By using our website and/or placing an order at CLOCHE, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. It is important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before placing an order. You can only place an order if you have previously confirmed your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Before placing your order, please review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order, and correct any input errors.

Please note that the products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. In case of prolonged inactivity causing your connection to the website to fail, your product selections may be lost, and you will need to re-enter your selections in the shopping bag.

Once you have submitted your order, we will send you an order confirmation email containing your order number, details of the product(s) you have ordered, your payment details, and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

The production and delivery of your product may vary between 5-10 working days.

International orders can only be processed if payments are made by credit card or debit card. The following credit cards are accepted for international payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others supported by Stripe (please refer to their website for more information on supported card brands). Please note that your card will be debited for the purchase amount once you place the order. We take security very seriously and make every effort to ensure that our website is secure. All credit card transactions on the website are processed using the STRIPE platform. These secure online payment gateways encrypt your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once you place the order. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit card being used belongs to you or that you have been specifically authorized by the card owner to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Cloche, your order will be cancelled. Please note that we are not responsible for any charges or penalties imposed by your payment provider resulting from the processing of your order payment.


Certain products or services may be exclusively available online through our website. Please note that these products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as         accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer monitor will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. This right may be exercised on a case-by-case basis, and we also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Please note that any offer for a product or service made on our website is void where prohibited.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through our website will meet your expectations. We also cannot guarantee that any errors in our Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Please note that we also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.


CLOCHE ships all orders from Bucharest, Romania. We process and ship orders within 5-10 business days. During peak periods, it might take up to 3 extra business days to process and ship orders. Orders that include an item from the COCKTAIL AND BLACKTIE section are processed and shipped within 20 business days.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, between 10AM and 6PM GMT+2. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.

For international orders, we use DPD courier services. The transit time after dispatch may vary depending on the destination, typically taking between 1 to 5 business days for all international orders.

Return Policy

To successfully return any items ordered at CLOCHE, please comply with the following requests:

  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached, including our security tag.
  • We cannot refund or accept returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
  • We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes, including photo-shoots.
  • Returns must be sent with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are not returned, we will charge you for these items and deduct the amount from your refund.
  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Right of Revocation:

You are entitled to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third person designated by you (other than the carrier), have received the products. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us at contact@cloche.ro. We do not accept any other kind of information for your return (such as social media, letter, or phone call). To comply with the time limit for revocation, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the time limit for revocation expires on the 14th day.

To return your item(s):

  • In your CLOCHE package, you will find the RETURN FORM. Please fill it out with all the requested information. You can also fill out the RETURN FORM here.
  • Place the item(s) in the original box, together with the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order, the return form, and close the box securely.
  • A DPD courier will contact you and schedule a pick-up and will atach your Return Label outsideof the box.

All refunds are processed within 14 business days from receiving your return. Once your return has been received and accepted by our quality control team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.

If you want to exchange your product for a different size, please return the initial product and place a new order.


The prices shown on the Website include VAT.

All the prices are in Euros.

The rate exchange may vary from one day to the other depending on the International Exchange Rates.

Disclaimer of warranties. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time, we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as expressly stated by us, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall Cloche Fashion, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
